Physical description
Medium-sized, barrel-like implement. The short body of the barrel is reinforced with two metal bands and has two wooden feet. A hopper is mounted on top (with a detachable lid) and a short crank handle in the middle of the side. Around the crank handle the barrel is marked: "The New "Ideal". No.0 Made in New Zealand. Hygenic. Efficient." ( the last two words are printed inside fern leaves).
