Physical description
White ceramic plate, of square form with slightly scalloped edges. It has a thin gilt line running around the rim and some integrally moulded detail. The main decorations are a transfer print profile of H.M King Edward VIII, surrounded by flags, crown and laurel wreath and the king's cypher - A curlicued "E" surmounted by a crown, with "Long May He Reign" underneath.
