Physical description

A small brown leather bag, top opening, with a lockable clasp and fitted with two small loop style handles. The bottom of the bag has four small metal, circular 'bun' feet to hold the leather clear of any surface it sits on. The interior of the bag is lined in buff or beige coloured linen, with two small interior pockets. An oval trade badge at the bottom of the bag, reads - General Outfitters, Farmer & Company, Victoria House - the place name is obscured. The outside of the bag is marked Sch. Huia. G.McKenzie. Master. Embossed in gold lettering.
