Physical description
Made from from bisque porcelain with hand painted detail, Scarlett O'Hara is costumed in the dress she wore to the big plantation party where she first met Rhett Butler.

The dress is made from a summer patterned, green crepe de chine. A velvet sash at the waist that terminates in a sizeable bow with long tails. The bodice is fitted with a beribboned trim at the top edge. The shawl is crafted from mercerized cotton. Her hat, is of longhorn design, made of straw and is detailed with velvet ribbon to tie at the chin.
Her hair is styled with, matching green velvet bows.

This doll was commissioned by MGM and was designed and distributed by Franklin Mint Heirloom Dolls in 1986.
