Physical description
Joanna is costumed in a deep rose satin dress with embroidered lace trim at the neckline and the edge of the sleeves. Satin ribbons and silk flowers give detail to the dress skirt and sides of the bodice. The fan she carries is silk and is hand-painted with floral design. Matching flowers are woven into her hair which is coiffed in style. A strand of faux pearls sits at the base of her neck. Her painted details are all done by hand with super fine brushes.

The first in Franklin Mint Heirloom Dolls musical dolls collection. The musical movement is Blue Danube and is completely concealed as is the winding key.
