Physical description
Rapunzel standing at 48.3cm is a Franklin Mint Heirloom doll created by artist Gerda Neubacher. She is crafted from fine bisque porcelain, her details are hand-painted.

She is costumed in a dress crafted from lavender satin with borders of gold trim. The sleeves are white satin and are embroided with gold thread. The bodice and skirt, trimmed with an ornate lattice design of tiny faux pearls. At her waist she wears a golden cord also with faux pearls on gold chain tassels. Her cloak is royal purple and is lined with gold lamé.
Her hair is left mainly loose, but with braids plaited with gold rope and purple satin cord. Two single strands of her hair are intertwined with faux pearls. She wears a headpiece of white satin, also embroided with gold thread with a faux garnet and faux diamonds set into a gold surround at the front peak.
