Physical description
The mother wears a long flowing dress of lavender jacquard with a traditional bustle. The bodice is made from ivory charmeuse with a high collar trimmed with lace. At the collar she wears an elegant faux cameo set in a golden bezel. The large puffed sleeves are overlaid with ivory lace and have pin ribbon and faux pearl details. The skirt is pleated and has and is topped with a lace peplum. The waist has a lavender sash of the lavender jacquard. She carries a lavender appliquéd purse.

The daughter wears a pink satin dress with puffed sleeves, trimmed in lace.. Her bloomers are of matching pink satin. A lavender satin ribbon sash sits at her waist. Her shoes are hand painted with a glossy white paint with lavender bows.

Both mother and daughter are crafted from fine porcelain, their hair styled in the fashion of that era and all of their features are hand painted.
